CKP Receives Grant & Volunteers Via Alcoa’s Community Impact Campaign

We were more than happy to welcome two teams of volunteers from Alcoa and Alcoa Foundation into our kitchen yesterday! The morning and afternoon teams were a huge help, working alongside our staff and students to prepare and pack shelter and school meals.

And not only did Alcoa and Alcoa Foundation send over volunteers, but thanks to their month-long Community Impact Campaign, they awarded us with a generous grant to support our workforce development and community meals programming!
