The Butchery | A CKP Social Enterprise

Thanks to our partnership with Unified Fields, we have an in-house Butchery that brings in ethically-farmed USDA-Certified meats from local farms. The meat is cut in-house by our Butchery team that includes, Ben Buchanan (Unified Fields founder and CEO) and our students.

The Butchery gives our students the opportunity to get a taste of butchercraft as they learn to break down meats into their primal cuts, adding another level of experience they’ll leave our program and enter the culinary workforce with.

We have a wide selection of cuts and specialty meats available for you to purchase.

Order & pickup for your next meal, cookout, etc.

Service custom cuts are available to order, in addition to wholesale and freezer meat bundles. Ask us about a 1/4, 1/2, or whole hog or cow.

Looking for fantastic client or corporate gifts? Custom order some cuts!

Looking for lamb or goat? They’re also available for special order.
