The Butchery | A CKP Social Enterprise
Thanks to our partnership with Unified Fields, we have an in-house Butchery that brings in ethically-farmed USDA-Certified meats from local farms. The meat is cut in-house by our Butchery team that includes, Ben Buchanan (Unified Fields founder and CEO) and our students!
The Butchery gives our students the opportunity to get a taste of butchercraft as they learn to break down meats into their primal cuts, adding another level of experience they’ll leave our program with.
In addition to a wide selection of cuts and specialty meats available for you purchase, we’ve curated a collection of cuts into our Butcher Boxes, which make perfect gifts for that meat-loving foodie friend of yours.
Order & pickup for your next meal, cookout, etc.
Service custom cuts are available to order, in addition to wholesale and freezer meat bundles. Ask us about a 1/4, 1/2, or whole hog or cow.
Looking for lamb or goat? They’re also available for special order!
As a CKP Social Enterprise, proceeds from Butchery orders support our Culinary Jobs Training and Community Meals programs.
