In the Butchery this afternoon, after Chris pulled a massive brisket from the smoker, wrapped it, and put it back in the smoker for a few more hours, Class 110 (currently Tier 2) learned how to use the burger patty machine.

During our Culinary Jobs Training Program, our students can certainly expect to experience ups and downs over the course of their 12 weeks with us. You could call their ups their “Roses” and their downs their “Thorns”.
